
Here’s How to Speak to a Lawyer for Free This Month in Colorado

Thankfully, many in Northern Colorado have never needed counsel when it comes to the law, but you can never tell when you may need an attorney. You might need to ask some simple questions and not even need a lawyer.
Free Legal Help for Northern Colorado Residents
If this sounds like something you might be experiencing with family law, civil law, or probate law, there is some good news for you. The Larimer County Access to Justice Committee will be holding an event later this October to help Northern Colorado residents get their questions answered, free of charge.

The Free Ask a Lawyer Day will take place in two locations in Larimer County on October 24. Both events will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Loveland Library, located at 300 North Adams Avenue, and the Larimer County Justice Center at 201 Laporte Avenue in Fort Collins.

The Free Ask A Lawyer Event has been held annually since 2014, providing advice to approximately 50 to 70 people each day. If you are seeking legal advice, it is advisable to schedule a 30-minute appointment online on the day of the event.
Walk-Ins and Interpreters Available
