Colorado Ranks in Top 5 Among States in ‘Best Shape’ – Here’s Why
If Colorado was at a nightclub, New Hampshire might come up to us and drop the line, "If I said you have a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?" But how did we rank so high, really?
Clearly, not every Coloradan gets up every day and feels that they are in the 'best shape of their lives;" but, according to a recent study, Colorado has a lot to be pleased about. Especially when you consider how easy it is to end up on the wrong side of this list.
How do you feel about the shape that you're in? I think most people would say that they think they could stand to lose a few pounds, and should lay off the sodas, have a few less beers each week. We shouldn't be too hard on ourselves though, according to the just release study from RunReviews.com, a site that helps you find the best treadmill, we're doing really good.
