This Colorado Hidden Gem Made Yelp’s ‘Top 100 Restaurants’ for 2023

For 10 years, Yelp! has been putting together its list of the "most popular and highly rated" restaurants list: "The Top 100 Places to Eat." For 2023, a Denver restaurant takes the trophy, after being open for a short amount of time.

If you were to blink, you could miss this place, although it's next to a pretty popular business that has been around, forever. This restaurant has been around since 2019; having made it through the pandemic, while being a new business, shows that people love the place.

You won't have to travel to far out of the Fort Collins area to check out what Yelp! users say is Colorado's #1 spot for dining. There's a ton of competition for this, so for this restaurant to make the cut, really does say a lot. People have many great things to say, will you be stopping into this gem, to see if they're right?

The kicker about this Denver restaurant is that its vegan. Vegan, plant-based restaurants, are very much on the upswing in Colorado. Whether it be for a nice sit-down restaurant, or for fast-casual like Native Foods, Coloradans are flocking to vegan eateries, more and more.

Coming in at #73 on Yelp's Top 100, is Wellness Sushi. A vegan sushi place that is unique in the respect that it also has ramen; not many sushi places do that.

Another neat thing about Wellness Sushi, is that they are next to Twist & Shout Records. Both Twist & Shout and Wellness Sushi began in different locations, but are now next to each other on Colfax, a bit west of Colorado Boulevard.
