Zillow recently released its list of the most popular cities for 2024. While none of the Colorado cities made the top 10 list, one Colorado city was named the most popular in the mountain region.

Fort Collins is the Most Popular City in the Region

Zillow's ranking put Fort Collins, Colorado, at the top of the list over places like Salt Lake City, Denver, Colorado Springs, and others. This Northern Colorado town is a highly desirable place to live due to the fact of its close proximity to places like Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado State University, and the endless options of Northern Colorado craft breweries.
