Loveland Has an Award-Winning Love of Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey

Of all the bars/restaurants/taverns in Colorado, one little bar in Downtown Loveland is known for selling the most Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey.

Loveland's Burk's Tavern Continually Rates Among Top for Selling Tullamore D.E.W

Burk's Tavern at 188 East 4th Street in Downtown Loveland, opened in 2007 in a tiny spot between Cleveland Avenue and Railroad Avenue. Since opening, they've accumulated a great reputation and many fans.

One of their fans are the makers of Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey; in 2026 Burk's was noted as having the most sales of their whiskey in the entire state of Colorado in 2025. Furthermore, Burk's ranked 20th in the nation for Tullamore D.E.W. sales.

Winning that award for 2025 sales was an achievement, as the bar had come in the top five for many years, but had not hit #1. They could now call themselves and "Award-Winning" bar for many years to come.

Not only does the award speak to Burk's Tavern's popularity, it also speaks to how much Lovelanders enjoy coming in and having Tullamore D.E.W.  Yes, the whiskey is the second-largest-selling brand in the world, but for that small bar to rate so high means there are lot of whiskey lovers in Loveland.

Burk's is often having a promotion involving Tullamore D.E.W. For the week of July 4 in 2026, they were selling "Irish American Buckets: Three domestics and three shots of Tullamore D.E.W." for $17.76. That came on the heels of them selling the same bucket for Father's Day.
