Bigger and Better, Dude Dad’s Mini Golf Event is Back for 2026 at New Belgium

It's fun having a famous comedian living in Fort Collins; it's even better when he uses his wit and skills to host an event in Northern Colorado. An event to gather family and friends for a "friendly" game of miniature golf.

When is the Dude Dad 'Mini Golf Open' in Fort Collins for 2026?

It's great of Dude Dad and New Belgium to host this event for three days, as opposed to just one afternoon; the 2026 'Dude Dad Mini-Golf Open' will take place at the New Belgium campus over September 18-20. That last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the summer of 2026 will see a lot of smiling faces.

New for 2026: Two Mini-Golf Courses

Dude Dad and his wife announced that for the 2026 event, they'll be installing not just one, but two courses at New Belgium: One, "board games"-themed, the other "video games"-themed.

Each of the two 9-hole courses will cost $5 to play per round, with the proceeds going to a local charity; the 2025 event raised about $7,000 for Respite Care in Fort Collins.

Friday, September 18: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 19: 11 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, September 20: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p..m.

Being the fourth annual event in 2026, Dude Dad's Mini Golf Open is on its way to really being a solid tradition in the Choice City. Who knows how big the event will be when it celebrates its 10th annual event in 2033.

I can see myself making a trophy that someone in my "golf team" will win after playing at least three rounds; better make it four.
