Congrats to Imad and Anna Burleigh, who launched Lil Richard’s as a food truck in May 2025. The Business Times reports they worked weekends around their full-time jobs, slowly building their customer base and aiming to sell 10,000 burritos by October 2026. That growth gives the downtown opening a compelling backstory that has Grand Junction taking notice. Today you can find them in the Downtown Suites kitchen at 104 White Ave, Ste 100.

Meet the Big Richard, the Burrito That Started the Buzz

It’s becoming a new Grand Junction breakfast challenge: The Big Richard. It’s got bacon, spicy sausage, eggs, crispy potato tots, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, green chile sauce, and a cheese-crusted tortilla in a hefty package that can approach 1½ pounds. Enjoy it with house-made salsa and Lil Richards' secret sauce. The menu offers a half-pound burrito and a quarter-pound version. Check out the menu and prices here.
