When Is Warrant Forgiveness Day in Mesa County?

Mesa County will host the event on Saturday, October 19th, from Noon to 3 pm. If you are worried a routine traffic stop could end with an arrest over an old warrant, this is your chance to speak with someone who can help make this problem go away. Representatives will be on hand from probation and criminal justice services to help direct your questions.

Warrant Forgiveness Focus

What types of warrants can be forgiven by going to this event? Anyone with a misdemeanor, traffic, petty offenses, or probation violations can benefit from a new court date or having their case closed. If you have questions about your eligibility you can email the Mesa County Public Defender's Office at junction@coloradodefenders.us.

What They Can't Do

This is NOT an event to try to resolve felonies, sex offenses, domestic violence cases, out-of-county warrants, or municipal warrants. Representatives will not be able to answer questions related to those issues.
