Fun Photo Opp: Oscar Mayer Wienermobile Making 3-Day Stop in Colorado

It's probably the most-recognized vehicle out on the road: Oscar Mayer's Wienermobile- now called 'The Frankmobile." When it's going to be in Colorado, you want to be a part of it.

Get your friends, your family, and the dogs, and make plans to take your vehicle to see one of America's favorite vehicles. Kids and kids-at-heart love the Frankmobile. Let's go.

It all began in 1936 when Oscar Mayer's nephew came up with the crazy idea of a "hot dog on wheels."  Nearly 90 years later, here we are, still enamored by the whacky wonder.

The last time the Wienermobile/Frankmobile was in Colorado was in November of 2022. This next stop will be in the middle of summer. That should make it easier for people to head out for a day of fun; getting up close to the vehicle, talking to the drivers (the 'Hotdoggers') and getting great pictures.

WHEN WILL THE WIENERMOBILE-FRANKMOBILE BE IN COLORADO?

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will be in Colorado from July 27 to July 30. Three stops spread over four days.

Maybe, for some of us, our love of the Wienermobile/Frankmobile goes back to that silly commercial with the kid on the dock, singing about bologna, in 1973.
