Where Is The Best Place For A Picnic In Montrose

When was the last time you went on a picnic? Just took an afternoon off to relax. Getting out of the house and away from those dreaded chores sounds good to me.

Where would you go on a picnic?

Riverbootom sports park is great. Though it gets busy once the weather warms up. Cerise Park is great too, plus you can take your dog.

Are the kids going, or is it going to be a Saturday date with your sweetie?

Either way just getting out of the house sounds great. Something to look forward to.

What are you bringing to the picnic?

Sandwiches, and snacks, such as apple slices, caramel sauce, chips, and cheeses from the local grocery store deli.

Just thinking about it makes me want to plan a picnic soon. Not next month, but in the next week. Reading a book under a tree sounds great too. There are a number of parks to kick back at. If you know of a great spot let me know. Just getting outdoors this time of year is awesome. The temperatures are looking good this weekend. Highs in the 70's.
