Things That Businesses Offer In Montrose That You May Not Know
Who doesn't like great food and live music, did you know these businesses in Montrose offer more than you may know?
Horsefly is a lot of fun, but did you know they have live music on Wednesdays and Saturdays? I love seeing Donny Morales perform.
Did you know about the many senior discounts?
The first Thursday of the month at Safeway you get 10% off if you are a senior, those 55 and older. There are also golf discounts at the local golf courses for seniors too.
How about live music under the stars?
The Montrose Summer Music Series kicks off in June. It runs thru September. Dave Bowman started this in 2000. The first show this June will feature Chancey Williams and the opener local band Neon Sky. The shows will be at Montrose Rotary Amphitheater.
How about a day at one of the State Parks?
I just paid my vehicle registration, and they offered a state park pass for 29 dollars. Good for the 43 state parks at a discounted rate.
Craft season has begun and there are many shows through the spring at Friendship Hall. You can browse handmade crafts, jewelry, home-baked goods, and Colorado stuff too.
Enjoy the rest of the list of things you may not know about what's happening around town. I'm sure I've missed a few places, so let me know of fun things that we should know about around Montrose.
