Montrose Weighs in on a Better Fall Flavor Than Pumpkin Spice

It's that time of year again! Fall is here, and with it comes cooling temperatures and the impending sugar rush of Halloween!

But we all know that's not all Fall brings with it. Each year, around the end of September, we also get inundated with the biggest lie in the history of history:

Pumpkin spice is the flavor of Fall.

Coffee shops bust it out, fast food joints have experimented with it, and I don't think I have a group of friends in any city that doesn't have at least one pumpkin spice mark within. Safe to say, pumpkin spice and its PR team have an impressive legacy under their belts.

And it has to stop.

Pumpkin spice is disgusting, and I don't care who knows it. For far too long, the pumpkin spice-ers have controlled the narrative of what counts as the "official" flavor of Fall, and I've had enough. You may not know this about me, but Fall is by far my favorite season, so to have it co-opted by an inferior flavoring makes my blood boil.

Apparently, Montrose is on the same page. When we asked for a better flavor for the season, the community did not waste time in making their voices heard!
