I try too, but things happen, and the plan goes haywire.

Is cooking even your thing?

It's not mine. Well, simple things I can do, like a charcuterie board. Or as my Husband says, heat something in the microwave. But I can make a mean grilled cheese.

Do you go out for date night?

Thursday night is my date night with my Husband. Plus it's a night off of the dishes too.

I tried the Keto diet and my Husband made an excellent sausage pizza, even the keto crust was great. Other than that, a lot of meat and veggies were easy too for planning meals. I also like his Dorito pie.  Refried beans, hamburger meat, cheese, Doritos, and some red enchilada sauce. Plenty of spices too.

Usually, we have a big meal on Sunday nights, and we have leftovers, which helps with the week's meal prepping. The easier the better is my thought anyway. Whatever we can do to save some time in the kitchen I'm all for it.
